The upper half of this beautiful seaside house has been carefully refurbished to create comfortable FOUR STAR self-catering accommodation for up to four adults plus child. Accommodation comprises of a spacious master double bedroom with an adjoining single annex suit child/ day bed and stylish twin room; all with stunning views over Fishguard Bay and across to Dinas Head.
  • The Lounge - Two incredibly comfy sofas and uninterrupted sea views make this lounge the ultimate chill out space. There is a TV and DVD player. A selection of books, DVDs and board games is provided for your entertainment. The house is part-owned by sculptor Darren Yeadon and his work features in the lintel over the fire place and the sculpture underneath. If you have to work while you are on holiday the bureau in this room is just the place. The house has a wireless broadband signal throughout.
  • The Kitchen - The well-equipped luxury fitted kitchen has sea views and beautiful light in the afternoon. The kitchen is equipped with all the latest mod cons including Corian worktops, dishwasher, Electrolux oven and hob, fridge with small freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and a wide range of utensils. A high chair is available for younger guests. The kitchen has a breakfast bar that overlooks the lounge, allowing you to socialise while you cook and giving a beautiful view of the sea.
  • The Bathroom - Furnished in an elegant mix of contemporary and antique styles with unique marble detailing. The spacious bathroom is big enough for a busy family and consists of shower, WC, sink and bath. Squeak the seahorse will keep you company while you bathe.
  • The Master Bedroom - A huge room carpeted throughout in luxurious wool, a real treat for your feet. This spacious room is dominated by a super comfortable king size bed, there is plenty of room to hang and store your clothes and loads of space to chill out. A cute attic windows framed with blue barge boards looks out onto the sea.
  • Cwtch / Annex Room - Adjoining the master bedroom is the cwtch, or annex room. This small room is decorated in its own distinctive style and can be separated from the master bedroom with a curtain. An ideal room for a small child or baby, providing parents with reassuring closeness but essential privacy. A cot is also available in this room.
  • The Twin Bedroom - This retro-decorated room with its clean white floorboards, funky rugs and warm tones sleeps two comfortably. Both beds look out to sea, ideal for a lie-in watching the light dance on the water. A fitted wardrobe and antique chest of drawers provide ample storage space.
  • Siriole is situated on Quay Road, a quiet road with good access and very little traffic. It is just 100 metres from the shops, restaurants and pubs of Goodwick, a walk in the other direction will take you to the newly refurbished Bay Hotel with its bar and restaurants. There is on street parking for two cars outside the property.
